More Extreme Weather in Japan: Tropical Storm Krosa May Cause Delays

On August 13, Tropical Storm Krosa was situated about 550 kilometers southeast of Tanegashima, and was moving northwest at 20 kilometers per hour. The storm is expected to maintain its strength and hit western Japan on Thursday, August 15, 2019. Vessels that are scheduled to berth at Kobe, Osaka, Tokyo, and Yokohama over the coming few days may be affected. We are monitoring the situation and the impact on the schedules of vessels heading to these ports.
The following 107 container vessels that are heading to Kobe, Osaka, Tokyo, and Yokohama with an original estimated time of arrival on 13-16 August may be affected.
